At the beginning of 2005, we finished the largest die casting mould in our history, that is a die casting mould of FLYING WHEEL HOUSING. It is a die for 3500 tonnage die casting machine. The die is successful for the first time testing, now it has been approve by our customer and running well. During design and building, we use many advanced way including die analysis, all this effort keep the project going to be successful.
We are specializing in manufacturing automotive component die casting mould. Including the mould for Engine Block, Clutch housing, Transmission Case, Fly Wheel, Oil Pan, Gear Box, Cylinder Head Cover, Pedal Supporter and so on.
Our mission is: To preserve the advanced position in domestic industry on manufacturing large-scale, complicated, accurate and long shot-life die casting mould.
